Returns will only be accepted upon approval which will be given in the form of an email. Returns will not be accepted if the parts were installed which is easily verified. The returns will be in the form of PayPal credit after a $30 restocking fee and only after parts are returned at your expense and after they are inspected. Once the returned parts are verified in OEM condition, the credit will be processed within 10 business days after parts are received back. Returned parts must be received within 30-Calendar Days of the original purchase. Parts returned after 30 days will be charged a $40 restocking fee because of our loss of fees associated with the transaction.
For Return Material Authorization (RMA) send an email with your original transaction PayPal ID, address you are going to ship the return from, email associated with original transaction, and purchase price. This will aid in finding the sales order. If authorized an RMA# will be issued. Please write the RMA# on the box you are returning.
Exchanges for parts ordered incorrectly will be done in the form of a replacement order. The customer shall request an RMA# through the form of an email request. The customer shall then place a new order for the correct parts. Once the RMA is received, a full refund will be made to the customer's account minus the original shipping charges. Parts that were shipped incorrectly on our part will be given and RMA# and a return label will be sent to the customer. The correct parts will be shipped out at no other expense to the customer.
Cancellations requested prior to shipment will be granted and full credit of the purchase and shipping charges will be given to the customer's account. Notification of the cancellation will be acknowledged in the form of an email.
