Returns
Returns will only be accepted upon approval which will be given in the form of an email. Returns will not be accepted if the parts were installed which is easily verified. The returns will be in the form of credit to the payment method chosen after a $30 restocking fee and only after parts are returned at your expense and after they are inspected. Once the returned parts are verified in OEM condition, the credit will be processed within 10 business days after parts are received back. Returned parts must be received within 30-Calendar Days of the original purchase. Parts returned after 30 days will be charged a $40 restocking fee because of our loss of fees associated with the transaction. These returns may have to be in another form such as check or PayPal transfer because credit against the original method of payment may no longer be available.

Exchanges
Exchanges for parts ordered incorrectly will be done in the form of a replacement order. The customer shall request an RMA# using the form above. The customer shall then place a new order for the correct parts. Once the RMA is received, a full refund will be made to the customer's account minus the original shipping charges. Parts that were shipped incorrectly on our part will be given and RMA# and a return label will be sent to the customer. The correct parts will be shipped out at no other expense to the customer.
Cancellations
Cancellations requested prior to shipment will be granted and full credit of the purchase and shipping charges will be given to the customer's account. Notification of the cancellation will be acknowledged in the form of an email.
Warranty
We will warranty the parts to be free from defects up to the point of install. There is no Warranty on these parts after installation. The reason is this is not an OEM designed fix or a fix that we know will be installed competently and correctly. This fix will eliminate the symptoms associated with a known worn bore issue. There may be more underlying issues with your vehicle which will cause similar or different symptoms, so this fix is not a guarantee that your particular symptoms will be resolved with this fix. We are not liable for this fix not working because of improper diagnosis, improper installation or any damage to the product caused by installation and removal from the transmission. Improper installation and removal can cause damage to the servos.
