We Moved to HBNR Rings!
We have made the switch to HBNR ( Super Hydrogenated Butadiene Nitrile Rubber) o-rings. These o-rings are designed for better wear in our application and will give even longer life to the fix. We expect a 20% longer life in the o-rings compared to our previous ones. This is all part of our continuous improvement process to always look for the best way to supply you with high end products.
We Switched to Hi-Per Blue!
We have switched over to Hi-Per Blue™ servos. The new servos are manufactured with a an upgraded high performance blue AEM (Ethylene Acrylic Elastomer). Hi-Per Blue™ Features engineered best in class material, they meet or exceed OEM specifications, they have better temperature range, higher tear strength, better bonding characteristics, and are designed for better seal support. We are doing this to supply our customers with what we feel is a superior product!
New Order Page Launched! (2/25/16)

We hope you like it! Let us know if you have any problems or recommendations and you can do that on our contact page.
Servos with Installation Sleeves! |
Sleeves are now installed on the servos to pre-compress the o-rings to eliminate the possibility of damage during installation. This new feature eliminated the need to chamfer the bore before installation. When you install the servo, the sleeve will contact the top of the bore in the housing and the o-rings will slip from under the sleeve directly into the bore with no damage. Then the sleeve will stay in place between return spring and the servo rod. See the next picture below.
The cost will be absorbed in the current price. If you no longer can purchase the chamfer tool on the site that is because they are no longer needed!
